This artifact allows the user to study the cosmos, gaining a number of rotating effects from each constellation being studied. Any combination of constellations may be studied, declared by the wielder of this artifact at the start of a turn. Only one effect from each constellation may be active at once and must alternate every activation. (I.E: Indulgence cannot be chosen from the Cleric Constellation two times in a row, even if the player takes any number of sessions of break between activations of the Cleric Constellation.)
